Cammie Dunaway is an executive coach and board member of Planet Fitness, The Wonder Project, and Flo. She retired in July 2022 from her work as the Chief Marketing Officer for Duolingo, the world's most popular language-learning app. Ms. Dunaway previously served as the U.S. President and Global Chief Marketing Officer of KidZania, an international location-based entertainment concept focused on children's role-playing activities. Ms. Dunaway also served as Executive Vice President for Nintendo, overseeing all sales and marketing activities for the company in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Before joining Nintendo, Ms. Dunaway was Chief Marketing Officer for Yahoo! from June 2003 to November 2007. She served at Frito-Lay for 13 years in various leadership roles in sales and marketing, including Vice President of Kids and Teens brands. Ms. Dunaway holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Richmond and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She is the author of the best-selling book Fit Matters: How to Love Your Job.
Laura Nestler has spent two decades transforming passionate fans into empowered growth-drivers. From Yelp to Duolingo to Reddit (where she's currently VP of Community), Laura has been behind some of tech’s most thriving communities and has cracked the code for cultivating communities that drive real value to the members and business. Laura has lived around the globe building teams and communities across diverse cultures and contexts, and now lives in the pacific northwest with her husband, three kids, and inveterate wanderlust.
