"Nourish: A One Day Immersion" invites you to explore the multifaceted dimensions of nourishment—mind, body, community and planet — through a dynamic blend of intellectual exploration and embodied practice. Engage in thought-provoking discussions on topics such as rewiring for resilience, rest as resistance, seasonal eating, food sovereignty, regenerative agriculture, and embodied systems thinking, all aimed at examining our roles in fostering nourishment across interconnected systems. Simultaneously, immerse yourself in practices like Kundalini yoga, somatic release, sound journeys and reflective rituals that embody the essence of nourishment.

**Program Highlights**

Wanda Stewart | Nourishing Ourselves, Nourishing the Earth: Bridging Food, Community, and the Planet

In this talk, Wanda Stewart will explore the interconnectedness of nourishing our bodies, our communities, and the planet. Drawing on her expertise in food sovereignty and ecological resilience, Wanda will highlight how cultivating healthy, sustainable food systems can regenerate not just our bodies, but our collective well-being. She will discuss the importance of community-driven approaches to nourishment, from local food initiatives to larger-scale ecological practices, and how we can all play a part in ensuring a thriving, resilient future for both people and the planet.

Andrew Dunn | Towards Regenerative Time

Andrew Dunn is a student and interstitionary at the intersection of human development and innovation, currently focused on activating School of Wise Innovation to support founders in living, working, and creating with greater harmony . Before serving as Innovation Lead at Center for Humane Technology, Andrew spent over 10 years in early stage startup operations, most notably with the pioneering Public Benefit Corporation Siempo while they developed an award-winning open source humane smartphone interface.

Towards Regenerative Time: Can we create a more regenerative world if we don’t know how to regenerate ourselves? How can we make regular time at all scales for rest and nourishment, integration and re-alignment, learning and creativity, connection and service? In this interactive session, we’ll reflect on our relationship with time and explore cultivating a sabbatical rhythm for living, working, and creating with greater harmony. Bring a notebook!

Roxi Shohadaee + Jenny Stefanotti | "Embodied Systems Thinking: Mapping Nourishment Across Self, Community, and Planet"

How does personal nourishment connect to the well-being of our communities and the planet? This hands-on design sprint with Jenny Stefanotti and Roxi Shohadaee invite you to map the intersections between self-care, collective nourishment, and planetary regeneration through the lens of Embodied Systems Thinking. Using visual mapping, guided reflection, and rapid ideation exercises, we will explore how nourishment flows through our lives—where it is abundant, where it is disrupted, and how we can design for more regenerative, interconnected systems. Participants will leave with a tangible framework for understanding their role in shaping a world where nourishment extends beyond the individual to sustain communities and ecosystems alike.

Josiah Cain | All Species Wellness

Josiah Cain is a landscape architect, systems thinker and transdisciplinary design maverick who has been at the leading edge of regenerative design for more than three decades. He holds design certificates in Permaculture, Green Roofs, Rain Harvesting, and Constructed Wetland Treatment Systems in addition to his formal training. His work has been featured in publications like Martha Stewart Living, HGTV, the Wall Street Journal and NY. All Species Wellness: His talk will move beyond human wellbeing and explore what wellness means across species.

“The Art of Nourishment” - Sensorial Lunch Experience:

Join an immersive tasting experience at Nourish, where flavor, scent, sound, and texture reconnect us with nature, with ourselves, and with the primal intelligence that lives within every cell of our bodies led by Sensory Scientist in Nutrition and Wellness, Brianna Kotlow.

In this container we will explore what it means to truly feed ourselves—not just with food, but with awareness. Together, we’ll honor the wisdom of our mitochondria, the ancient powerhouses within us, by discovering how to eat in alignment with our biology and the rhythms of the Earth. Because when we honor our senses and the Earth, we don’t just eat. We nourish.

Brianna is a Sensory Nutrition Scientist and Sensualist on a mission to the place where flavor meets vitality. By day, she builds perceptual research programs for innovative companies at the forefront of wellness and sustainability, including the likes of Liquid IV and Impossible Foods. By night, she curates immersive tasting experiences that empower higher consciousness and connection with the natural world. Brianna draws on inspiration from the pagan wheel of the year, dietetic science and creative culinary expressions that surprise and delight- dancing with the senses and the seasons.

Yasmeen Turayhi | "Kundalini Yoga Class: Awaken Your Radiant Body and Activate Prosperity"

Step into a powerful journey of energy activation, aura expansion, and prosperity alignment in this 1-hour Kundalini Yoga workshop. Through ancient kriyas, breathwork, and mantra, you’ll awaken your arcline—the energetic shield that governs your intuition, magnetism, and prosperity.

This class is a powerful reset for your mind, body, and spirit. This workshop is designed to rewire your frequency, align you with higher states of consciousness, and open the doors to greater flow and prosperity in your life, break through energetic barriers and step into your most magnetic self. No prior yoga experience is needed and you can go at your own pace. *If you have any pre-existing mental or health conditions, please consult a doctor ahead of time.

Yasmeen Turayhi is a Kundalini Yogini, and is also in tech, media and film, and now the founder of the Inner Knowing School of Intuition, where she passionately works to elevate consciousness and help executives and creatives harness their highest energy through intuition and energy mastery. She also hosts the widely acclaimed podcast, "Gateways to Awakening," which delves into topics of neuroscience, intuition, and consciousness, securing its place in the top 2% of globally listened podcasts on Apple, furthering her mission to uplift global consciousness.

"Integration & Reflection: Weaving the Threads of Nourishment"

After a day of deep exploration—through ideas, movement and sensory experience—this closing session offers space to synthesize insights, integrate learnings and ground into personal takeaways. Through guided reflection, collective sharing and simple embodiment practices, we will weave together the topics of the day, making connections between personal nourishment, collective well-being and planetary regeneration. This session invites you to slow down, process what has resonated most and aim to leave with a clearer sense of how to carry the wisdom of the day into your daily life.
