It wouldn't be New Year's without a resolution, would it?

2023 will be the year to eat better, stay fit, and travel more. Despite the best of intentions, studies have shown that 46% of resolutions fail to materialise. The culprit, however, is not the concept of resolutions themselves but rather the scale at which they are made.

Experts suggest that the key to achieving your personal goals for the coming year is to set smaller, more manageable goals.

And we're here to make sure of it!

In this webinar, we will look at tools that can help us map out our wellness plans. The expert will lead a reflective space of play, creativity, and imagination to investigate how to keep wellness resolutions for the coming year.

The objective of this webinar is to identify:

  1. The importance of wellness rituals and methods to enhance our commitment towards them through storytelling and poetry

  2. The importance of self-care and actions that one can take

  3. The activities that will highlight the roles we play in our lives, which harm or support us

Wondering who is conducting the session? Meet Anupriya!
