Join Diogo and Jeremy as we share some of our favorite tools and resources for coping with the feeling of being overwhelmed during this stay-at-home period. In this informal conversation we'll share some of our favorite books, apps and tactics, including the following:

Diogo Rodriguez is a journalist that covers mental health, science, and technology. He is the creator of Me Explica, the first explanatory news project in Brazil.

Jeremy Caplan is a journalist and director of teaching and learning at CUNY's Newmark Graduate School of Journalism in New York. He plays a lot of children's card games these days with his two daughters.
