​This is a hands-on session for designers, focused on practicing a Whiteboard Challenge, a common format in design interviews.

​• 模拟真实面试场景：我们将使用真实的大厂设计题目进行演练

​• 限时挑战：每位参与者将独立完成一轮限时的设计任务

​• 小组讨论与反馈：任务结束后，我们会组织小组讨论，分享不同思路，并给出具体建议

​• 非打分、非竞赛：这里不是比赛，我们更关注练习和成长

​• Simulated Interview Setting: Work on actual whiteboard challenges inspired by real company interviews

​• Time-Constrained Exercise: Each participant will take on a design prompt under a time limit

​• Group Feedback & Reflection: After the session, we’ll have a group discussion to compare approaches and offer constructive feedback

​• Non-competitive, safe space: This is not a test—it’s a chance to practice and grow together
