Moderator: Jasbir Singh is a Senior Principal at Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s Singapore office. He is also the Head of Curriculum and Products at the Korn Ferry Academy. Jasbir helps clients develop a strong leadership bench by equipping high potential leaders with the mind-sets and competencies to lead in this VUCA world. He is passionate about helping individuals develop their leadership capabilities and he does this through insightful leadership assessments complemented by experiential leadership development workshops and coaching to create mind-set shifts, behavioral change and lasting impact.

His passion for people development extends beyond his consulting career. Prior to Korn Ferry, he served as the Head of Learning & Development at the NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates, developing the next generation of leaders in Singapore. At NUS, he led the digital transformation of Career Services. There he also served as a career coach to undergraduates and postgraduates alike, helping them build meaningful and rewarding careers.

Presenter: Sriram Iyer is a seasoned Human Resources Management specialist with a deep understanding of HR Technology. Recognized for his influential role in advancing HR technology, Sriram serves as the HR Technology Taskforce Lead for the Institute of Human Resource Professionals (IHRP), where he leads several pivotal initiatives aimed at accelerating the adoption of technology within HR teams across Singapore.

Sriram is also an Adjunct Faculty of HR & HR Technology at leading educational institutions across the region including Korn Ferry Academy (Singapore), NUS Business School (Singapore), XLRI (India) and SP Jain School of Global Management (Singapore)

In 2018, he founded hrtech, a Singapore-headquartered HR Technology Analyst Firm with a singular vision driven of empowering HR teams to embrace data-driven and tech-savvy approaches, thereby becoming strategic business partners to their respective organizations. With his vast knowledge and skillsets in HR & HR Technology, Sriram has been supporting small, medium, and large enterprises to drive workforce and workplace transformation and shape the future of work and HRM.
