Daria Rudnik is a Team Architect and Strategic Clarity coach. As an ex-Deloitte and former Chief People Officer for tech and telecom companies, Daria brings over 15 years of international executive experience. Having lived in three countries and worked with clients across six continents, she has guided leaders and organizations through major global financial crises, wars, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the past five years, she has focused on helping busy leaders break free from work overload by building self-sufficient teams. She does this through team and leadership coaching, organizational consulting, assessments, and an AI coach she created.
