Silvia’s background spans illustration, marketing, branding, project management, and creative direction. Along the way, she has collaborated with clients in different industries – from advertising, to tourism, events, touching even children’s books and fine arts. A true left-and-right brain thinker, she blends structure with imagination to help ideas come to life and move forward with purpose.
Today as La Creativa, she works as a brand, communication and business strategy consultant. She calls herself a co-pilot because of her hands-on twist to classic consulting – working side-by-side with her clients as they launch or scale their projects.
Silvia is also co-founder of Explosive Brains, where she designs and facilitates team offsites in Italy and Switzerland, aimed at helping teams connect, collaborate, innovate, and turn their ideas into action through thoughtful implementation and smart, human-centered change. Whether she’s building a brand or facilitating a workshop, Silvia brings bubbly energy, warmth, and a strong belief in the power of collaborative creativity.
