iSōma Fieldwork : Elemental Animation Through Movement
An evening of archetypal activation through rhythm, movement, and animation of the elements expressed through the body.
You’ll step into a movement-based experience of the elements as they animate through your system and begin to translate into the core relational skills required for deep, integrative work with others.
This is fieldwork — and the field is your body.
This evening introduces a direct experience of the elemental and archetypal forces that form the backbone of the iSōma Practitioner Path (Our 12-month practitioner training beginning in September 2025).
This isn’t dance, and it’s not therapy. It’s not about performance — it’s about feeling these intelligent forces move through your psyche and Sōma
Archetypes are universal, instinctive patterns of behaviour and thought that shape our perception and action beneath conscious awareness.
They reside deep in the body and must be felt before they’re realised.
This is how movement deepens self-awareness and self-actualisation.
A specific elemental tone underpins each of our iSōma archetypal expressions. As that tone is animated through the full mind-body-spirit system, it matures into embodied expression.
This authentic embodiment naturally gives rise to core facilitation capacities — depth, relational fluency, and integrity — which are often missing in modern Western trainings that lack community reflection, apprenticeship, and right relationship.

How we work
We move through clear, embodied cycles:
Activate → Animate → Integrate
We’ll work individually, in partnership, and as a group.
We’ll use:
Rhythmic, archetypal movement that is raw, expressive, and even story-like.
Partner-based practice —using each other as a mirror and interface.
Voice, sound, and tone — brought in to enhance the felt sense of the elemental tone in the system.
Stillness and tracking between layers — for integration, rest, and reflection.
Who is it for?
This session is especially for those who’ve walked with us before — in rites, retreats, or training. But if you haven’t, and you’re ready to enter with maturity, presence, and a willingness to move, you’re so very welcome.
This is not a casual drop-in. This is fieldwork—focused, embodied, and bootstrapped.
You’ll leave with:
A lived sense of how the 7 elements move through you.
A deeper connection to the archetypal forces that shape your expression and experience of yourself and life.
A physical imprint of the rhythms, expressions, and patterns of each layer.
A clearer sense of how these energies animate your work.
What to bring
Water. A journal. Clothes you can move in. A warm layer for integration pauses.
Come ready to move, breathe, and meet yourself in motion.
This is about waking up dormant archetypal layers, letting them move through your system, and noticing how they shape your humanity — and how that, in turn, shapes the work you do in the world.
We’re going to get sweaty, messy, expressive, and leave with a greater sense of vitality, expression, and connection to potentiality.
We can’t wait.
Amber and Kurt
About Amber & Kurt
We’re the co-creators of iSōma. Between us, we carry more than two decades of experience in facilitation, rites of passage, group work, and practitioner training. Amber’s background weaves together medical science, psychosomatics, integrated therapy, and earth-based ritual. At the same time, Kurt brings decades of experience as a meditation teacher, holder of discourse on ageless wisdom, and ceremonial facilitator. Our work lives at the intersection of the sacred and the practical — grounded, honest, and rooted in real-time transformation.
