Draw Your World With Ruthie Ackerman

I’m thrilled to introduce my friend (and neighbor!) Ruthie Ackerman as our guest for the next meetup. Ruthie is an accomplished writer with a book coming out next year, which she’ll tell us all about. Beyond her own writing, she’s passionate about empowering other writers through coaching and workshops.
Our creative approaches overlap beautifully, as I often talk about writing as a way to reflect and explain to our future selves why we chose to draw something and how we felt during the process. This meetup will be the perfect mix of inspiration for both writing and drawing!
Be sure to bring your favorite drawing tools and a pen or pencil for the writing portion. Personally, I love writing with my Lamy pen—the same one I use for drawing—but feel free to use whatever tools you prefer.
