Often when we talk about "impostor syndrome" we're talking about the feeling that we'll be found out and therefore no longer included. Impostor syndrome is worse for anyone in a minority as the elements which contribute to feeling like you don't belong are heightened by your innate differences. So when we say it's impostor syndrome, how much is the genuine syndrome we understand it to be, and how much of it is actually a lack of D&I?
