​Join us for a fun outdoor experience as we explore the biodiversity of Horsenden Hill and contribute to a global citizen science initiative - the Global City Nature Challenge 2025!

​This event is hosted by Regen City in collaboration with partners: The Green Londoner, Wildya, and Go Jauntly. Together, we’ll connect with nature, make meaningful observations using the iNaturalist app, and help put London on the biodiversity map.

​Whether you're just curious, a seasoned nature lover, or a community member, come be part of a friendly, nature-positive gathering that blends discovery, community, and purpose.

​🪴 What to expect

• ​A Guided Nature Walk using the Go Jauntly app around the Horsenden Nature Reserve

• ​Hands-on experience using the iNaturalist app for species identification and contribute real data to the Global City Nature Challenge initiative

• ​A chance to meet like-minded climate and nature professionals

• ​Pizza & drinks at the cozy Perivale Brewery (don’t forget to bring card or cash for this part!)

• ​Friendly competition and collaboration!

​⌛ Schedule 

• ​10:00 AM – Meet & Greet at Perivale Brewery

• ​11:00 AM – Nature walk in small groups

• ​12:30 PM – Return to Perivale Brewery for drinks & pizza

• ​2:00 PM – Review results & wrap up

​We’re keeping this gathering intentionally small to ensure a great group experience. 

​Spaces are limited, so grab your spot now! We’ll email you full joining instructions (what to bring, where to go, and how to prep!) the week before the event.

​Please note: This is a volunteer-led initiative. The event is free to join, but if you'd like to stick around afterwards for pizza and drinks at Perivale Brewery, you'll need to bring a card or some cash to pay for your own food and beverages.

​Global City Nature Challenge + iNaturalist App | The City Nature Challenge is an annual, global, citizen science competition to document urban biodiversity. The challenge is a bioblitz that engages residents and visitors to find and document plants, animals, and other organisms living in urban areas.
