SystemsHacks 2025 - DreamHacks
SystemsHacks 2025 is happening on Saturday, March 15th from 7:30am to 10:00pm in the Engineering Buiilding (SRYE) @ SFU Surrey Campus!
Registration closes on Tuesday, February 25th at 11:59PM.
SystemsHacks is a 12-hour, free beginner-friendly Hackathon run by the Software Systems Student Society open to students across the Lower Mainland! Many students from all over SFU have attended SystemsHacks in the past for the sense of community, technical experience, and prizes. SystemsHacks has occurred annually since 2017 and we are excited to welcome everyone back to the Surrey Engineering building for another year! Last year we had the pleasure of hosting almost 150 participants so you won’t want to miss it!
If you can dream it, you can do it - or in this case, build it at DreamHacks! This year is centered around building anything your heart may desire. This is your opportunity to express any creative vision you have or finish that project you have been dying to complete in your sleep.

Participants will work in teams of 2 to 4. There will be a team formation activity immediately after the opening ceremonies, but if you already have people in mind, the organizers will collect this information closer to the start date.
