10:00am - 10:15am - Opening and welcome with Kevin Mackey, Co-founder of the Urban Farming Initiative, and Hannah Griswold, Food As Medicine Director at La Soupe.
10:15am - 10:45am - Keynote presentation with UC Health Food As Medicine researcher, Dylan Steen, M.D., M.S., who will be discussing his SuperWIN study conducted with Kroger.
10:45am - 11:15am - Food As Medicine social trends, courtesy of social trend startup Nichefire (Abby Zennie) and UC Next Innovation Scholar (NIS) students.
11:15am - 11:45am - Audience-based Q&A with a panel of diverse experts ranging from cardiologists, food executives, food entrepreneurs, community leaders, nutritionists, chefs, and others you can ask about how the food you consume impacts your body. Panelists include:
