ABOUT - Diamante in collaboration with </DevBraze> community of REVA University is hosting a 2-day event called “Diamante DevHub” on the 30th and 31st of August, featuring a three-hour immersive session of talks, and demonstrations designed to initiate participants into the world of Web3 and a one-day hackathon to implement a combination of learning and creativity.

AGENDA - 30th August (9 AM to 12:30 PM) – Hands-on Workshop
1. Introduction to Diamante and basic about Web 3
2. Technical workflow of the blockchain
3. How to start building on Diamante
4. Opportunities/ Rewards for building on Diamante
5. What are some current problem statements/ projects which are needed to be built on Diamante
6. About the mini hackathon and idea selection
7. About other initiatives of Diamante like Diamante Guild etc.
NOTE - 30th August (2 PM onwards) – Participants can start working on the project(online).
31st August (8 AM to 8 PM) – Mini Hackathon (on-site)
• 8 AM to 6:30 PM – Hackathon
• 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM – Judging
• 7:40 PM to 8 PM – Winners announcement and Swag distribution.
EVENT INFORMATION:
1. The event is limited to 130 participants.
2. Participants must build projects or solve the problem statements using the Diamante blockchain.
3. Prize pool - $1000 worth of DIAM tokens divided as $500, $300, and $200 worth of DIAM tokens for the top 3 teams respectively.
4. Winners are promoted to participate in the Mega hackathon.
5. Location: Kalpana Chawla Seminar Hall (workshop) & Amphitheater (hackathon), REVA University
6. Organizers will send out confirmation emails to the selected participants.
7. Registration fee for the selected candidates – rupees 100/-.
8. Last date for registration – 27th August, 2024.
ELIGIBILITY/ T&C:
1. This opportunity is only for students of REVA.
2. All participants must attend both days.
3. Participants won’t be allowed without the confirmation mail.
4. The event ticket/ confirmation is not transferable.
5. Students must have basic programming knowledge and be good at building projects.
6. Mandatory for the students to have Twitter, GitHub, and LinkedIn.
