Milk & Honey is a day/night event intended to help strengthen our community by engaging in meaningful discussions to support liberation and by sharing the joys of food, music and dance to celebrate our unstoppable culture.

4pm: A Safe Space for Liberation?
A talk on the role of venues and institutions in revolutionary movements with Ali of NY Cultural Solidarity Project and Cinemovil and Kristin Malossi aka DJ Voices former resident and staff at Nowadays
5pm: Superslow Healing Session
Sara Awada leads us in a somatic reset to ground our bodies, so we can feel, grieve, and keep showing up together.
545pm: Majlis NY Artist Talk
Lara Arafeh discusses censorship in the art world with Fadl Fakhouri (formerly of the Independent Study Program at the Whitney Museum). Fadl is an artist, writer and curator whose work seeks to define positionality. Fadl has exhibited at the San Francisco Art Institute, Museum of the Moving Image, Times Square, The Poetry Project, and The Jewish Museum.
630pm: Global South Communal Dinner
Home Chefs Salman & Salah & Lila prepare a meal combining flavors from the global south - Pakistan, Jamaica, and Iran - followed by the world famous Palestinian knafeh by Zalatimo
715pm: Live Music Showcase
