As Co-Founder and CEO of Qurrent, Colin is at the forefront of AI-driven automation, developing bespoke teams of AI agents that revolutionize customer service, back-office operations, sales, and marketing. Powered by the Qurrent Operating System, these AI-driven teams provide observability, automation, and continuous improvement, transforming how enterprises operate.
Before Qurrent, Colin co-founded and led two groundbreaking companies:
✅ Mynd, a tech-enabled single-family rental investment platform, which became the fastest-growing Bay Area company in 2020.
✅ Waypoint Homes, where he spearheaded technology, M&A, and fundraising, growing the company to 17,000+ managed homes before achieving a 10-figure IPO on the NYSE in 2014.
Colin’s career began in engineering and AI development, working at Boeing on algorithm-driven aircraft control systems before transitioning into software engineering, where he played a pivotal role in Charles Schwab’s transition to Java for its online trading platform—one of the largest e-commerce projects at the time.
His innovations have earned him multiple patents in AI, a spot on Goldman Sachs’ Top 100 Most Innovative Entrepreneurs, and the title of Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2014.
Colin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley and continues to be a leading voice in AI, automation, and startup innovation.
