Tips and tricks for finding peers, and a new role, working on climate.
Opportunities to make a difference that are unique to product managers and designers!

Deeksha Srinath (Moderator) - Product Leader & Consultant
Deeksha Srinath is a seasoned Product Leader with over 8 years of experience in high-growth climate-tech startups, with a focus on Renewable Energy, Fintech, and IoT-based solutions. She is passionate about leveraging technology to create more open and equitable futures. She has a proven track record in driving product strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful, scalable solutions.
Minyoung Hwang - Senior Product Manager at Hometree
Minyoung is a Senior Product Manager at Hometree, a UK-based residential home decarbonisation company, where she owns various growth metrics for the solar panels, batteries, and heat pumps business. She started her career as a corporate management trainee and brand manager at Kraft Heinz North America, where she also started her product career as the first product manager for Kraft Heinz’s in-house digital ventures arm.
Nicolas Cunningham - Head of Product Design at Waterplan
Nicolas is a Product Manager and Designer with over 15 years of experience in UX Research, Design, Development, and Product Management. He is currently the Head of Product Design at Waterplan, a platform focused on water sustainability, where he leads cross-functional teams in crafting user-centered solutions.
Arthur Bloemen - Senior Product Manager at SustainCERT
Arthur has been in product management for around 7 years. He started at KPMG, learned a lot, but realised he wanted to work on a product that made an impact. He joined felyx, a Dutch E-Mobility app, as the first Product Manager. There he built up the product team and ended up leading the Product and Tech department. Now at SustainCERT, he’s the Product Manager in charge of their Scope 3 business line, really getting his hands dirty in Climate Tech.
This will be an interactive session, with 30 minutes of panel discussion and 20 minutes of breakout room Q&A with each of the speakers. Please think of questions in advance!
Every job is a climate job, whether you work for a climate startup / organisation or not. This session is for both job seekers and those taking action via their current role.
