Join Alyssa Petersel, licensed therapist and founder of MyWellbeing, and The Mayfair Group for an online support group and safe space dedicated to processing what we're going through, together.
This compassionate and inclusive space offers a chance to connect, share, and heal alongside others. With expert guidance and community support, we’ll explore tools for coping and resilience.
