About Event

You have an idea. You talk to customers. They smile, nod, and say it sounds great.

You feel good. But are you any closer to knowing if your startup will survive?

Talking to customers is not enough. Asking the right questions is everything.

In this two-part workshop based on The Mom Test — the legendary guide to customer conversations — Gerald Vanderpuye, one of only two instructors officially certified by the book’s author, will teach you how to collect real, reliable feedback without falling into the trap of biased praise.

Whether you're still validating your MVP or already in the market and looking to refine your product and strategy, this workshop will give you concrete tools to transform conversations into actionable insights and build a startup that actually meets a real need.

👂 How to run real customer conversations without falling into the "polite lies" trap
