Wavesparks empowers Generation Z founders to build world-changing ventures.
We provide top-tier, global startup hub standards, end-to-end accelerator programs—from zero to one startup launch education and mentorship to global networking and funding access —tailored specifically for youth founders and youth-led startups.
We combine our financial and investment expertise, as well as operator and ecosystem builder expertise, and international roots and connections to bring the gold-standard of startup acceleration to youth in Asia.
Beyond supporting individual youth, Wavesparks partners with government agencies and ecosystem builders to design and run youth accelerators and bootcamps, sparking vibrant tech startup communities driven by Gen Z innovators.
Our flagship program is the Young Founders Summit, a 6-month startup incubator program for 15-20 year olds across Greater Asia. We also powered Youth Action Challenge, a six-month programme that gives youths in Singapore the opportunity to co-create impactful solutions that create an inclusive, sustainable and progressive Singapore.

This two-part experience is designed to help youth forge meaningful connections and provide valuable insights to shape future programs that truly reflect the hopes and needs of young Singaporeans.
Part 1: “Find Your Aligned Event Connection”
Youth will start by filling out a short, interactive questionnaire on their phones (via web app), sharing their:
Life goals
Interest areas
Preferred ways to contribute to society
Based on their responses, they’ll be instantly matched with fellow attendees who share similar passions—whether it’s AI innovation, community-building, or exploring future career paths.
Part 2: “Shape Future Youth Initiatives – Make Your Voice Heard”
Participants are then invited to go a step further by answering a few optional reflection questions about their broader aspirations and their vision for Singapore’s future.
Once completed, they’ll get a chance to spin the prize wheel, with rewards including products created by youth-led teams—alumni of the Youth Action Challenge (YAC) by Wavesparks & NYC.
