WASABI #2では、「日本から世界に飛び込む人々」に焦点を当て、グローバルに生きる意味を探ります。なぜ彼らは、日本ではなく世界を目指したのか、どのようなキャリアを経て、世界を相手に戦うようになったのか。
グローバル市場で活躍する方々によるトークセッション、世界に挑戦する起業家10名が、自らの原体験や熱い想いを語るショートピッチなど刺激的なコンテンツが満載。

〜SusHi Tech Tokyo オフィシャルイベント〜
SusHi Tech Tokyo 2025は、“Sustainable な都市を High Technology で実現する”（Sustainable High City Tech Tokyo = SusHi Tech Tokyo）をコンセプトに世界中からスタートアップ、投資家、大企業、都市、学生など、多様なプレイヤーが集まる、アジア最大級のスタートアップ・カンファレンスです。
・日程：2025年5月8日(木)、9日(金)、10日(土)
5月の開催に向けて、20名の学生が集まり「日本にいながらグローバル・スタートアップの体験を」をコンセプトに、グローバルイベントを企画する「ITAMAEプロジェクト」を進めています。3月・4月にオフィシャルイベントとして「WASABI」を開催します。

AIやデジタル技術により移動やコミュニケーションのあり方の変化により国境や文化の境界が曖昧になる今、なぜあえて海外に挑戦するのでしょうか。
本セッションでは、世界を舞台にビジネスを展開してきた3名のゲストが、自身の経験や視点を通じて「グローバル」への多様なアプローチを紐解きます。

Spiber(スパイバー)株式会社取締役兼代表執行役。慶應義塾大学政策・メディア研究科博士課程修了。2007年9月大学院在学中、スパイバー株式会社（現Spiber株式会社）を関山和秀氏と共同設立。持続可能な社会の実現を目指し、循環型ものづくりを可能にするプロテイン素材「Brewed Protein™素材」の開発に取り組み、新たな素材カテゴリーであるプロテイン繊維「Brewed Protein™ファイバー」の商業化を推進。
２）西澤 理花氏
株式会社Chai 代表取締役CEO
アメリカ生まれ。日本・アメリカ・ドイツ・中国の4カ国で育つ。株式会社Chai CEO。誰でもLINEで簡単にお店が持てるECプラットフォーム「BuyChat」と、企業の成長を支援するコンサルティングサービス「NOVUS」を展開中。「日本の誇りを、世界へ・未来へ届ける」をテーマに挑戦中。
３）周 如意氏
株式会社WeGlobal 代表取締役CEO
中国福建省生まれ12歳に来日。2017年筑波大学医療科学類卒後、日本の大手医療機器メーカーに企画営業職として入社。2019年シンガポール転職がきっかけで、人材コンサルタントとして転身し、クロスボーダーに働く世界の面白さを知る。2021年に日本へ戻り、WeGlobalを創業し、200社日本と海外を跨ぐ外資系企業 スタートアップ企業への人材紹介 / 採用支援、3000名バイリンガル人材の転職 キャリア支援に携わる。2024年に複業マッチングサービスXborder Worksを立ち上げ、国境を超えた複業という新しい働き方及び海外進出手法を提唱しています。越境家を目指して活動中。

株式会社環境エネルギー投資 / 投資部 キャピタリスト
投資銀行にて日本株・欧州株のリサーチおよび機関投資家営業に従事後、コンサルティングファームにてPEファンド投資先等のバリューアップや再建支援、経営戦略策定に携わる。その後、IT系VCにおけるFoF出資、アーリー・プレIPO期のスタートアップ出資業務に従事し、現職。

WASABI 〜SusHi Tech Tokyo Official Event～
The ITAMAE project brings together 20 students to plan a global event for the global conference “SusHi Tech Tokyo 2025” held at Tokyo Big Sight in May. Sessions, workshops, and pitches are planned under the concept of “experiencing global startups while in Japan".
The core members of ITAMAE will take the lead in organizing “WASABI” as an official event in March and April.

Spiber.inc Director and Representative Executive Office
He is a director and chief executive officer at Spiber Inc. He completed his doctoral studies at the Graduate School of Media and Governance, Keio University. In September 2007, while still in graduate school, he co-founded Spiber Inc. (formerly known as Spiber Co., Ltd.) with Kazuhide Sekiyama. He is dedicated to realizing a sustainable society and is working on the development of "Brewed Protein™," a protein-based material that enables circular manufacturing. He is also driving the commercialization of "Brewed Protein™ Fiber," a new category of protein fibers.
2)Rika Nishizawa
Chai CEO
Born in the U.S. and raised in China, Japan, Germany, and the U.S.Studied Applied Math at UC Berkeley and Data Analytics at Columbia University.
Founded Chai Inc. after launching an organic dog food brand in Japan. Now runs BuyChat, a LINE-based e-commerce platform, and NOVUS, a hands-on consulting service.

3)Ruyi Zhou
Founder & CEO at WeGlobal Inc.
Ruyi was born in China and came to Japan at the age of 12. After graduating from University of Tsukuba, she started working at a Japanese major medical device company as a Medical Representative. In 2019, she got a chance to work in Singapore and found the world of cross-border work interesting. She returned to Japan in 2021 and found WeGlobal Inc. she has been contributing to more than 200 cross-border company’s recruiting and 3000 talent career consultations. In 2024, she launched Xborder Works, a cross-border & project-based talent matching service and has been advocating a new way of working and expanding business to overseas.

After working at two venture companies, he joined 17LIVE in its founding phase. He also gained experience launching new businesses at Amuse. In April 2021, after establishing IMAJUN Inc., he joined the Headline Asia team, where he oversees staff coordination at IVS, among other responsibilities.
2)Chihiro Ozaki
Energy & Environment Investment, Inc. / Capitalist
Started her career at a foreign investment bank, contributing to research and institutional sales of Japanese and European equities. Later, she transitioned to a consulting firm, worked on value creation and turnaround for PE fund investees. Chihiro also has an experience in the tech VC sector, focusing on Fund Of Funds investments and startup investments in the early and pre-IPO stages.
