About Event
Hatha Yoga is a mind body practice designed to lengthen and strengthen muscles, improve balance, motor skills and mobility all while allowing space for you to be in the present moment.
A nurturing and vitalising practice that will get you moving and ready for the day.
1 hour classes consist of breathwork (pranayama), joint mobility, sun salutations, poses (asana)practice, relaxation and meditation.
