Do you want to get a great stretch while strengthening your hamstrings, quadriceps and core muscles?
Join me as we focus on gently relieving tightness from our hips and work on improving our flexibility and mobility.
Items needed for class:
* Yoga mat, blocks, cushions or pillows & a non-elastic strap or belt
Optional:
Small stool or chair
* An undisturbed area to practice (this is YOU time) :)
