​​​join us for an afternoon of exploration. we'll begin with introductions and then take ~2 hours to individually

• ​​dive into things you're curious about — wikipedia articles, papers, books, albums, etc.

• ​​work on something you want to create

​​this is a space designed to give you built-in time to learn about or work on something you might otherwise not make the time for, in the company of other kind and curious friends​

​​at the end, everyone will have a chance to share what they learned via optional casual ~2min demos :)

​​guiding ideas

• ​​​everyone is a host — we all play a role in creating the sort of environment we want to be in! include people in conversations, assume positive intent, etc.

• ​​​great work (and learning) can be done together — and we benefit from mutual encouragement and upleveling

• ​​​no talking about school — school is great, but we're so often surrounded by it. this is a time to explore passions that you don't have external obligations to
