​Chrissie's bio:

​Chrissie Gorman Francona is the Founder and CEO of The Long Game, which partners fast-growing companies with fractional business operations talent to build scalable, flexible operations that drive long-term success—without the cost or hassle of full-time hiring.

​The inspiration for The Long Game came from her time at DraftKings, where she played a key role in developing the operating system that supported the company’s explosive growth—10x in revenue and headcount during her tenure. 

​Before founding The Long Game, she co-founded PowerForward, a B2B leadership development platform with Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and legendary Duke men’s basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski (Coach K). She led the company from concept through launch and partnered with Cornerstone OnDemand to scale distribution.

​She began her career at Bain & Company, where she worked on a range of private equity diligences, as well as strategy, pricing, and operational efficiency projects. She is a graduate of Duke University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
