Join us for a unique workout experience that combines physical training with real-time mindset coaching. Performance coach Pat Smith (patsmithwellness.com) and Wonder Gym founder Michael Stallsmith are collaborating to create a space where you can strengthen both your physical and mental game.
This session blends circuit-style training with guided teaching moments, allowing you to experience how mindset principles come to life through movement while learning practical tools you can apply in work and life. All fitness levels are welcome - exercises can be modified to match your capacity and energy level.
