HLS HR is partnering with the Office of Gender Equity to put on this workshop around Bystander Intervention.

Data and community input have clearly signaled that staff, students, and faculty are eager to adopt practical tools to enable them to detect and respond to signs of harassment in their own learning and work environments. The Bystander Intervention & Beyond program invites participants to reflect on their own experiences as bystanders, discover opportunities to improve community climate, and develop personalized strategies to prevent sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct in the spaces where they live, learn, and work.
