​About our speakers:

​Andrii Shekhirev co-founded the Biocatalyst Foundation, driving biotech innovation across the Baltics and CEE. With 15+ years in startups, he focuses on talent development, startup support, and fostering cross-border collaboration through competitions, incubation programs, and international partnerships.

​Christian Kannemeier is a Senior Investment Manager at HTGF's Life Science team. With a PhD in cell biology and experience from biotech startups in the US, he's specialized in stem cell applications for drug discovery, bringing valuable expertise from both startup and corporate environments.
