​我第一次遇到 Milo 是在舊金山 Microsoft 的辦公室，身為一位歐洲移民創辦人，Milo 很了解出海新創團隊常遇到的法律問題，無論是 IP、合約、還是公司股權結構，我們會幫大家解析一些常見的美國新創法律疑難雜症。

Startup Legal Clinic: Demystifying US Startup Legal Challenges

​LANDED is excited to invite Fellow founder and Bay Area startup lawyer Milo to share common legal challenges faced by startups expanding to the US. Milo's firm focuses on serving San Francisco's startup teams and advocates for the concept of LaaS (Legal-as-a-service), allowing startups to focus on growth with peace of mind.

​I first met Milo at Microsoft's office in San Francisco. As a European immigrant founder, Milo understands the legal issues often encountered by startups expanding overseas, whether it's IP, contracts, or company equity structure. We will help you analyze some common US startup legal challenges.
