Catarina Haber: Cat is a Leadership Consultant, Coach, and Facilitator with 12+ years of experience in tech, retail, hospitality, and professional services. She specializes in helping leaders and teams drive business outcomes through strategic guidance and development.
Before co-founding Business Casual, Cat consulted for D2C brands at Shopify, co-created their Executive Facilitation team, and most recently served as a Leadership Consultant at TGN Consulting, guiding organizations through complex change.
