Welcome to The Breathing Conspiracy!

3 Guided breathing workshops (Coffee, Water and Whiskey) focused on how changing how you breathe can lead to positive physiological and mental change.

These intensives focus on long form breathing techniques to create greater shifts in a smaller amount of time. Each session will consist of a warm up, breathing practice, meditation and discussion/reflection.

The focus here will be on breathing and although we will be open to emotional, mental releases or shifts the focus won’t be on healing past trauma or transformation. That’s a journey for another time/teacher. That said if anything emerges this will be a supportive space for openness discussion and exploration. I am also a mental health first aider so at any point if you need to debrief with me alone afterwards my door will be open.

Please where comfortable clothing, avoid food, sugar or caffeine immediately before each session and maybe bring some blankets or pillows for comfort.

*Disclaimer- avoid the coffee breathing/ session 1 if you have a history of cardiovascular disease, heart attacks, high blood pressure, angina, glaucoma or retinal detachment. Recent injury or surgery. Panic attacks or psychosis. Seizures. Severe mental illness. Instead stick with Water or Whiskey category/sessions 2 and 3.
