About Event

Ever noticed how your peers communicate completely differently from your seniors? And those inevitable "In our times, we used to..." stories that make you want to zone out?

The generational drama is real. GenZ bashing, millennial burnout stories, and boomer expectations are all colliding in our workplaces right now. The eye-rolls are getting old, and frankly, so is the tension.

Join us for an eye-opening workshop to navigate the generational maze of today's workplace.

We'll dig into how each generation sees, feels, and values things differently. But here's the real question: In a workplace this diverse, what's our end game? Do we just learn to tolerate each other? Awkwardly co-exist? Or can we actually thrive together?

This isn't about creating more stereotypes or deepening divides. It's about building genuine understanding and finding ways to turn our differences into collective gifts that enable us to thrive.

Ready to move beyond the generational friction? Let's turn workplace diversity from a daily challenge into a strategic superpower.

Session Objectives:

  • Understand perspectives, values and preferences of 4 different generations playing out at workplace

  • Explore assumptions about other generations, their ‘why’ and what maybe biases playing out

  • Identify and apply practical strategies to deal with challenges of working across generations

Session Outcome:

  • Increase your self awareness, empathy and appreciation of different generations ways of being

  • Improve communication skills and collaboration across generations

  • A culture of inclusion and innovation across generations that enables organization to thrive with each generations strengths.
