Yoga Nidra 🧘♀️
Yoga Teacher Bio
My motivation in exploring movement and working with my body began at a very young age as a
Ballet dancer, and eventually took me towards the Yoga Path around 25 years ago, when I started practicing Yoga in Buenos Aires, Argentina, at the Indra Devi Foundation. Trained in Traditional Hatha Yoga, Kid’s Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga, Chair Yoga for Older Adults, and Yoga Nidra, the Yoga of Sleep. In addition, I completed a training in Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda in Rishikesh, India in 2017. Yoga has empowered me and inspired me in many different ways. My wish is to share what I have learned so far, assisting others along their own Healing Path. My teaching style is a gentle flow with emphasis on the breath, moving with awareness, finding balance and connection within Body, Mind and Spirit. My interest towards Energy Healing practices like Reiki and Qi Gong provide an enriching complement to my classes.
Teaching from the heart and offering a safe space is my priority, giving participants the opportunity to experience Yoga wherever they are at in the present moment, with a compassionate heart and an open Mind.
“Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind.” Patanjali (Yoga Sutras)
