MemberSHIP Water Taxi Ride & Social Hour
Join YPT Seattle for our 3rd annual MemberSHIP event! We will take the water taxi from Pier 50 in downtown Seattle at 5:25pm to the West Seattle Seacrest Dock. Then we’ll have a social hour at Marination by the dock. Folks who become a member at the event will receive 1 free beverage on us! Attendees can choose to return to downtown Seattle with the group or head out at their leisure. The water taxi will have return trips every hour from 6:00 - 11:00 pm. This event is open to everyone but if you are not currently a member of YPT and are interested in joining, see the link here for more information and to sign up. Membership is only $20 per year!
One-way fare for the King County Water Taxi is $5.75, Accepted forms of payment: ORCA card, cash, paper tickets for sale at dock, and Transit Go Ticket mobile tickets. Send us an email at yptseattle@gmail.com if you would like assistance with the water taxi fare.
Young Professionals in Transportation – Seattle (YPT Seattle) is an effort to connect transportation professionals in the Greater Seattle area, with an emphasis on bringing new transportation professionals to the table. YPT Seattle is open and welcome to transportation engineers, urban planners, transportation energy/infrastructure professionals, port/maritime/ferry, and civil engineering professionals in the Greater Seattle area.
