About Event

Welcome to CTW fitness. Classes are based on Strength & Conditioning principles, which means we lift heavy and work hard. Classes are 50 minutes long, curated to the music to create a one of a kind group class experience.

HOW TO CANCEL CLASS:

Please EMAIL US 12 hours before the class begins, to notify us of cancellation and we will manually refund you class. If you self-cancel by using the cancellation link on the class page, the Luma system will not automatically credit you and you must notify us in order to be credited.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR CLASS:

You must be signed into your LUMA account in order sign up of class. When logged in, navigate to any class that's live for sign ups, and in the payment section you’ll see the option to Register, along with the class amount. If you don’t see this option that means you are not signed in!

LATE REGISTRATION:

You cannot register/join a class at anytime. Once the class is in progress you will not be allowed entry for your safety and the safety of other clients.
