Join us for a transformative 90-minute session that combines the healing powers of yoga, meditation, and breath-work to prevent burnout. Afterwards, discover how to maintain balance and start exploring your passions with Staj, a new platform that allows you to shadow professionals in your desired field.
Begin with a rejuvenating yoga practice led by experienced instructor Gabrielle Cook, followed by a soothing meditation and breath-work session by Graciela Rasor to center yourself and fortify against burnout. After the workshop, all are welcome to join us for networking and an informational segment where you'll meet the team behind Staj and learn how their innovative platform can help you start following your dreams and avoid burnout.
