This workshop, hosted by Tailwind Ventures CEO Darren Engels and team, is designed for entrepreneurs, startup founders and operators who are preparing to seek capital for growth.
In this 4-hour hands-on workshop, participants will learn the unique framework that has enabled significant success for Tailwind clients.
The workshop will guide you through a structured process of developing your BIG2™ (Big Impact Goals x 2), a framework that enables companies to articulate how you will positively impact the ecosystems and communities in which you operate, and how that impact translates into strong economic outcomes. You will dig into the work of developing your BIG2™, transforming your vision and purpose statements to support your BIG2™, which, taken together, sets the foundation an evidence-based narrative that will demonstrates your investment readiness.
This workshop will:
Guide you through focused lessons about vision, purpose and BIG2™.
Teach you to transform qualitative to quantitative in developing your BIG2™, and how to leverage it in your financial model.
Include dedicated time to do the work needed to develop a compelling narrative.
Create opportunities to build your personal network by working with fellow workshop participants throughout the session.
By joining this session, you can expect to learn, expand, and leave empowered with critical knowledge and skills to move forward in your business journey.
