Kick off your Juneteenth celebrations bright and early with us! Join DeVika Lyles for a special morning meditation honoring the resilience, legacy, and triumph of African Americans. Together, we'll create a sacred space to tap into ancestral memories, release old wounds, and celebrate freedom and joy.
Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned pro, come ready to connect, reflect, and uplift your spirit as we honor this important day. Let’s start Juneteenth with intention, healing, and a sense of community!
We meet Monday and Thursday evening from 9:30-10:00pm CT and on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00-9:30pm CT. We do not meet on Saturday nights.
