About Demo Day 2024:
Demo Day is the culmination of months of intense growth focus and offers a rare chance for investors, strategics, enthusiasts, and select media to see and hear from the latest crop of innovative PropTech startups.
The startups selected represent a diverse mix of founders looking to solve big problems in timely and challenging areas of PropTech, including sustainability (decarbonization, climate risk), artificial intelligence, and more. Since launching in 2015, 50 companies have participated in MetaProp acceleration programs. Graduates have raised over $200m in combined venture funding and have ultimately exited to industry leaders like JLL, Comcast, Realtor.com, and Alarm.com.
This year's program will feature a networking breakfast, a brief market overview, and presentations from our seven startups (learn more here). This marquee event sells out each year and space is extremely limited.
