Join New York's Chapter of Talent Collective on Long Island for an afternoon of fun, connection, and inspiration as we host Women in Recruiting Fireside Chats! This is an opportunity to consider how you can elevate your work and career to the next level.
We plan to discuss career stories around a fireside in the comfort of one of our members' backyards, allowing the women in our community to come together for an intimate conversation. We'll also have breakout areas to inspire deep discussions on topics like:
Recruiting Metrics that Still Matter
Using AI in Talent Acquisition
State of the Job Market / Interviewing
Reset Intentions with Creativity
Talent Collective members get costs covered as a perk of membership! Non-members are asked to contribute $10, which will help cover the cost of supplies, including drinks, ice, appetizers, paper goods, and utensils.
While Millie and Lusely will prepare refreshments and light bites, please feel free to bring something to share, so we can make it a potluck-style party!
For planning purposes, try to let us know what to expect in advance so we can ensure a diverse spread! We can also provide ideas based on what has already been offered.
As a heads-up, the yard has a mini above-ground pool (10 ft wide, 3 ft deep) to cool off in. Guests are welcome to bring a bathing suit to take a dip.
