We’re gathering for a relaxed, donation-based meditation meet up to clear mental clutter, recharge, and reconnect—with yourself and with others.
What to expect:
✅ 25-minute guided meditation to reset your system
✅ Simple tools for more calm, clarity, and focus
✅ A welcoming group of kind, curious people
✅ Optional 30-minute class after the session with practical ways to build a steady practice
Led by:
Brandon Mehrgut—a longtime meditation teacher, trained in China for 10 years, who’s helped thousands find more peace, presence, and purpose through down-to-earth meditation training.
