​TAMALE: Catalyst Working Group (CWG) Workshop

The Catalyst Working Group (CWG) workshop is a FREE one-day intensive workshop for the Cardano and Project Catalyst community in Ghana.

The workshop aims to bring together Cardano's project catalyst community in Ghana to exchange ideas, challenge themselves, and collaborate on shaping the future of decentralized Catalyst.

This workshop will empower the community members to take part in the ideation, generation, and implementation of Catalyst parameters and future changes. It will be focused group discussions (FGDs) with data-driven to inform the wider Cardano and Catalyst community of potentially important changes to the scope of future catalyst funding rounds.

   There will be two (2) mini CWG Sessions:

• ​CWG Mini Session #1
  Objectives:
  1. Explore ways to help high-potential projects reach the global network of web3 incubator and accelerator resources
  
  2. Develop ways to help the Cardano community define strategies that motivate professional angels, partners, and other investors to explore Catalyst

• ​Mini CWG Workshop #2
  Objectives:
  - Review answers/ responses to questions and discussions from Session #1
  - Conduct voting on answers
  - Complete discussions

• ​Participant Resources/ Logistics:
  We shall provide all participants with:
  - Jotters/ notebooks
  - Pens
  - T-shirts
  - key holders
  - Internet Access

​We however encourage participants to come along with their PCs/Laptops if they have one, to complement those we'll make available for an effective workshop.
