Bootcamp Overview
Build and ship your first AI product from 0 to 1. This 4-day, 12-hour bootcamp is designed to equip absolute beginners with the skills and mindset to conceptualize, design, and build an AI-powered product. The program blends foundational problem-solving techniques, agile methodologies, and practical coding or no-code tool usage. Our goal will be No BS, only code talk and money talk.
Day 1: Problem Solving and Product Ideation (3 hours)
How to find problems: Techniques for identifying potential problems or needs in the market.
Proposing solutions based on identified problems.
Product Ideation: Brainstorming and refining product ideas based on identified problems.
Basic Programming Concepts (optional): Introduce fundamental programming concepts (variables, data types, basic operations) to lay the groundwork for future sessions.
Coming up with teams and finalization of products they will be building.
How to make first 5 sales before writing a single line of code.
Day 2: Product Design and Development (3 hours)
User-Centered Design: Importance of understanding the target audience and their needs.
Product development: Defining product features and prioritizing them based on user value.
Rest APIs: Learning about creating backend using python FASTAPI (Targeted towards building products)
Introduction to No-Code/Low-Code Tools: Overview of available platforms (e.g., Webflow, n8n.io and nocodb) and their capabilities.
Building a Basic Product Structure: Using chatgpt to build a basic website UI.
Day 3: AI Integration and Product Enhancement (3 hours)
Introduction to AI Concepts: Explain basic AI concepts (machine learning, natural language processing, LLMs, multi-models, Audio models TTS etc.) in simple terms.
AI Integration: Explore how to incorporate AI features into the product using pre-built AI models or APIs (e.g., openai API, claude or llama3 Grok).
If we have time, we will learn to deploy our own vision LLM models.
We will not just build things, we will deploy them over the cloud.
Learn about docker and kubernetes. Practical usage in the products.
Google authentication integration using Supabase (free)
Workflow automation
Product Refinement: Iterative process of testing, gathering feedback, and improving the product.
Day 4: Product Launch and Future Steps (3 hours)
Product Demonstration: Showcase the final product and its key features.
Implement what’s missing.
Deployment and Hosting: Discuss options for deploying the product (e.g., hosting platforms vercel)
Next Steps and Continuous Improvement: Provide guidance on further development, marketing, user acquisition and making sales among colleagues.. Our goal will be to sell to everyone there in the class.
Networking: Open forum for questions, discussions, and building connections among participants.
