About your Hosts
Ashanti Kunene is the founder of Learning 2 Unlearn, a strategic narratives consultancy focused on cultivating leadership coherence in the context of the polycrisis. She is also the Executive Director of the Elevator, a Katapult Foundation initiative working to elevate consciousness to support complex systems change. Working at the nexus of wealth, technology and consciousness Ashanti is an activist poet, decolonial dialogue facilitator and contemporary African artist.
Ajay Dahia is a writer, teacher, guide and consultant working at the intersection of inner and outer alignment. With nearly a decade of monastic training and over a decade advising mission-driven leaders globally, he has cultivated a rare ability to translate complex philosophical and spiritual ideas into grounded, practical insights that inspire real-world transformation. A thought leader in conscious leadership, Ajay weaves timeless wisdom traditions with contemporary practice, helping individuals and organisations move beyond surface-level approaches toward deeper alignment and meaningful action. His work invites a radical rethinking of impact—not just as an external action, but as an internal state of presence, service, and devotion.
