You're Invited: Our First 'Fabrica Lates' Event

​Join us for the first in a series of after-hours events in Fabrica X as we celebrate the opening of Taste of Tomorrow: What will the world be eating in 2050?

​On Thursday, February 27th, we’re inviting our community - whether you’re a regular at The Mills Fabrica and Fabrica X or visiting us for the first time - to come together for an evening of conversation, discovery, and connection.

​This is a unique chance to experience the exhibition in a relaxed and social setting, meet like-minded people, and explore the groundbreaking innovations shaping the future of food.

​Featuring 12 exciting innovations - from AI-powered farming to cocoa-free chocolate and protein made from CO2 - Taste of Tomorrow showcases creative solutions that are rethinking the way we produce and consume food. 

​Bring a friend (or two!), grab a drink and explore the exhibition and Concept Market, where you can shop a selection of sustainable food, homeware, fashion, and books - all inspired by the exhibition’s theme.
