Discover diverse pathways to meaningful climate work as four Work on Climate community members from various climate and sustainability sectors divulge their transitions and strategies for overcoming ecosystem barriers.
Each speaker has 10 minutes to share their success story and answer a few questions. This will be followed by a breakout room session, where you can connect directly with the speakers and other attendees!

Senior Expert, Circularity at Siemens Healthineers
Christina is a sustainability leader driving circularity transformation in the global manufacturing industry. She recently joined Siemens Healthineers as Senior Expert, Circular Economy, after serving as Project Director, Circularity at Danfoss. Her career began in grassroots international development in Central America and evolved through roles in NGOs, academia, and corporations across Europe. With deep expertise in climate and sustainability, she now focuses on enabling sustainable change within large, complex manufacturing organizations. She is especially passionate about turning circular economy principles into actionable strategies that work at scale.
Senior Manager, Regional Programs at the C2ES
Stephanie Gagnon-Rodriguez spent nearly a decade working at the nexus of climate solutions and economic prosperity. She currently leads the regional roundtable program at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions, where she convenes stakeholders representing business, policymakers, and communities to develop innovative climate policy solutions that support local economic development. Prior to this role, she supported digital advocacy and offshore wind energy with the National Wildlife Federation.
Director of projects and programs and climate educator, The Greens. Environment
Nsangou Rudolf is a passionate climate educator and youth advocate committed to bridging the knowledge gap between climate change and the youth while guiding them to build relevant skills for a sustainable future. He serves as the Director of Projects and Programs at The Greens, President of the QS impACT Council Bamenda, and AIIDEV Country Engagement Officer to Cameroon - platforms he actively uses to inspire and engage young people through eco-clubs, workshops, volunteer projects, and mentorship programs. His commitment to sustainability, education, and youth empowerment has established him as a transformative leader in the environment.
Senior UX and Information designer at MBTA
Snehal is a Senior UX and Information designer at the MBTA (Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, famously known as the "T"), that operates most of the public transportation in the Greater Boston area. A large part of Snehal's career has been as a graphic designer and she now actively practices UX in civic-tech. She is passionate about data-driven solutions for a positive social and environmental impact.
