• ​Who: Female/femme identifying founders - current founders or aspiring future founders alike!

• ​When: Tuesday, August 13 at 9 AM

• ​What: Studio Vinyasa class, all experience levels welcome. Come move and breathe with your community. Get out of your head for 55 minutes and into your body!

• ​Where: NYC; location convenient to Chelsea/Flatiron. All props and equipment provided.

• ​Why: The founder journey can be tough, potentially even tougher for underrepresented founders. We are all too familiar with the stats on funding for female led startups globally. At Exceptional Capital, we believe that founder mental health and wellbeing is paramount and we are intentional about supporting our communities - providing some space to prioritize wellbeing and restoration in what is often a full sprint of building and leading.

​Please try to arrive by 8:55 AM to ensure everyone can get comfortably situated in the space. Class to be led by an amazing instructor (E-RYT 500, Reiki Master - she's the best)!
