​About The Session

​Improving learning and development (L&D) in the social sector requires a holistic approach that acknowledges the unique challenges of this space, such as limited budgets, high staff turnover, and a diverse skillset requirement. This panel discussion will explore approaches to evaluate learning gaps within your organisation and map them to relevant programs. Through our discussions, NGO leaders will gain insights on how to enable learning spaces within their organisations. This interaction will also mark the launch of ATECF and 4th Wheel Social Impact’s report on impact of L&D programs.
