Introduction to LEAN Workshop

​Designed for groups of any size, this lecture style, two-hour, face-to-face workshop provides a basic overview of LEAN vocabulary, history, environments, tools and techniques, and also prepares participants for future process improvement related group activities such as “process mapping” and “5S” projects. Workshop participants will learn how to identify, reduce and eliminate nine types of waste in the processes they use to accomplish a wide variety of tasks.
